1 從冷凍庫放置冷藏解凍。建議前一晚放置較果比較好

2 取出後,若有冰塊,用水沖洗一下

3 鍋子放水,放下架子,帝王蟹放置架子上隔水加熱

4 悶煮3-5分鐘,用剩下的蒸氣蒸煮等待2分鐘,就可上桌了
